Modern Farmhouse

We’ve been working on a new build in Oak Ridge that we are calling the Modern Farmhouse. The new development is a verdant pastoral setting outlined with a white split-rail fence. As soon as we saw the plans, we knew exactly how this house would come together. Simple, yet classic materials, a healthy mix of white, wood and black. The house was originally slated to be in the Parade of Homes, but has already gone under contract so you’ll just have to take our word for it that it is going to be stunning.
