VIVID at Julian Price House
We are super excited to announce that we will be participating in the Julian Price Designer Showhouse!
The Julian Price House (also known as Hillside House) is a beautiful tudor home in Greensboro that is being lovingly restored by its new owners after a long and arduous process and court battle. The home had its national television debut on A & E’s Hoarders with a special 2 hour episode. The house had once been owned by a well-known interior designer, Sandra Cowart, who after having gone through a divorce became a serious hoarder (you should check out the episode if you haven’t already seen it.)The clutter has been cleared, and now local and national designers have been invited to participate in the Showhouse that will take place in April of 2018.
We were able to take a tour and request a particular room. During the tour, we couldn’t help but fall in love with one of the bedrooms upstairs that shared a lavender and green bathroom. We discussed what our dream room would be and really considered a public space, but we were absolutely delighted to find out we were selected for the fun purple and green bathroom room. The room will be used as the primary guest bedroom and has two beautiful windows and is directly off the main staircase.
Participate!
We let the bathroom guide our design process and now we need your help.
We’ve put together a few boards, and want to get your feedback. What room do you like best, and why? There are certain elements that appear in several of the options, and ultimately, it will come down to what our vendors are willing to help us out with, but we’d love your input.
So let us know what you think!
