For these longtime Vivid clients, a brother and sister who purchased their family’s beloved oceanfront Myrtle Beach, SC home, this project was about more than renovation – it was about preserving memories while creating a retreat for generations to come.

Taken down to the foundation and thoughtfully reimagined inside and out, the home blends modern functionality with timeless coastal character. Vivid collaborated on every detail, from architectural updates, cabinetry, lighting, and finish selections to furnishings, art, styling, and outdoor living spaces.

Inspired by the surrounding sand, sky, and sea, the finished home feels relaxed, elevated, and deeply personal—a welcoming place for grandparents, siblings, cousins, and friends to gather, connect, and create new traditions for years to come.
