Shipping
All items have a 20% shipping charge. For some furniture pieces, you may receive your freight charges in a separate email. Freight charges vary due to the size of the item and location it is being shipped to.
VIVID e-SHOP does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are done via third-party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after a product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. The shop will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please email shop@vivid-interiors.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Any custom orders, artwork, books, creams & lotions, perfumes, candles and, sale items are final sale. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
General
Discount codes cannot be used on sale, art and, some furniture pieces. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount code and they can only be used at the time of checkout.
Please note, some of our products are vintage and or showroom sample items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage and showroom items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high-quality standards. The condition is already reflected in the price. Care Instructions
Most of our items are dry clean only unless otherwise stated on the product page. For our larger upholstered items, we recommend professional cleaner only.
Made to Order
Made to order furniture is exactly as the name implies, it is made per your order specifications/selections. These items take time to be made, typically lead time is 6 -8 weeks. This can vary depending on factory status and season. We have no control over these lead times, however, if you have questions about the status of your order please contact us at shop@vivid-interiors.com.
Pillow Inserts
Some of our pillows have 100% down inserts. If you would prefer to have a 100% faux down insert please contact us at shop@vivid-interiors.com. Please make sure to include your order number.
